A downloadable game for Windows and Linux

A game where you have to plot your way through the galaxy, star by star. The only ones to help you are your Dice Commanders. Why they decide to join you, is a question you cannot answer, as it seems their outer plastic casing is the exact material your ship's WarpDrive uses as fuel... Hmm

The game has quite a few mechanics so it might take 1-2 runs to get the hang of what you are supposed to do, but keep in mind it all builds towards the better!

Thank you for trying it out!

How To Play:

Goal:

Obtain the biggest Highscore! (Or Max out ship and have 6 x D20)

Movement:

Ensure you have the right dice in thr correct systems (Bigger Dice provide a chance for a higher roll on those systems)

Lock-in Dice! (This will lock all dice, you can get locked out if you do not have a possible destination in range of effective fuel)

Pick a Destination and Plot Course!

Events:

Every Planet will have a check based event (presented in the info screen top right. It will let you know what system will be checked against). The Difficulty range of the check will be present in the top right next to your Score.

Some events will reward you by upgrading the first dice in your Dice Reserve! (Max is D20). If there is no Dice there, a new one will be awarded!

Events usually award 5 points, 10 points for a new die, and 15 points for a die upgrade!

Stats:

Hull: Your HP. If it reaches 0 the game is over.

Shields: Provides additional HP and regenerates based on the Shields System Check.

Fuel: Fuel is Fuel. You must have enough fuel to navigate to a chosen planet. The Fuel Cost to travel is reduced by the Efficiency System Check. If Fuel reaches 0 the game is over.

Checks:

Every System on your Ship will have a Base value (which can be increased through Events) and a Dice Modifier (which is based on the rolled dice within that System). When you Lock-In, dice in every System are rolled and if there are multiple Dice in the same System, the highest value is used (rolling with Advantage).

Jumping:

When you get to a Jump Gate, you will be able to use the Jump Button and go to a new system (awards 30 points)

Burn Luck:

BEFORE Locking-In, you can drop a dice in the slot on your Fuel Bar. Pressing the Burn Luck button will refil your Fuel completely, and will allow you to jump to any Planet in the current area, ONCE. Use it wisely as the dice is PERMANENTLY lost afterward.
